Certificación del feudo a favor de Johann Barthold Öhlmann «como el mayor», en representación de numerosos miembros de la familia, como Johann Jürgen, Heinrich Christoph, Johann Christoph, entre otros, así como la concesión «del antiguo diezmo de Rott en Steddern».- En el reverso, título manuscrito: «Der Ohlemänner Lünebg. Lehn-Brief de ao 1761». - Desgarro en los márgenes superior e inferior, ligeramente ondulado. El reverso presenta algunas manchas.
