Documento inglés típico («Deed») de transmisión de propiedad, certificado y sellado («Sealed and delivered») en el reverso por Geo(rge) Gifford y Nicholas Shadrack (con sus respectivas firmas).- La escritura está algo descolorida en algunas partes, presenta un desgarro (12 cm) y ha estado doblada anteriormente.
