To celebrate the Salon du dessin in Paris, Drouot is launching a new format by teaming up, for the duration of an event, with Judith Touitou, Artistic Director of the fashion brand A.P.C.
In collaboration with Debeaulieu, the renowned Parisian floral artist known for the precision of his arrangements, she presents the installation Line and Leaf. Centered around an eclectic selection of major drawings from the Renaissance to the present day—including works by significant artists such as Parmigianino, Picasso, Christo, Rauschenberg, Balla, Venet, and Uderzo—this installation will be on display from March 25 to 29 in the lobby of Hôtel Drouot.
With this first initiative, Drouot warmly welcomes all audiences—connoisseurs and newcomers alike, seasoned collectors and occasional buyers, professionals and the simply curious. The artworks will soon be auctioned under the hammer of various auctioneers at Hôtel Drouot, with estimates ranging from €10,000 to €80,000.
