Hargesheimer

ABOUT US

Founded in 2007, Hargesheimer is a leading European auction house in Düsseldorf’s art scene. We are a global hub for fine art excellence. Our curated auctions create intimate and transcendent art experiences.

The house has gained international fame in Iconography and Russian Art. Under Susanne & Frank Hargesheimer, we benefit from their deep expertise and scholarship that resonates worldwide.

Our expertise spans our entire catalogue, including paintings, sculptures, decorative arts, carpets, furniture, Asian art, rare musical instruments, Modern & Contemporary Art, jewelry, and watches.

Each field is led by distinguished experts and approached with care. We host about 15 curated auctions each year. These auctions reveal the true character of every work we present. With tailored advisory services and a global reach, we connect collectors to art as legacy, not just possession.

We believe in the continuum of art—where creation, collection, and rediscovery form a living experience. Discover our house, our expertise, and the services through which art finds its next chapter
