A set of three partition DOORS made of wood covered with small, repeating brown and bronze-colored lacquered squares, imitating the checkerboard veneers favored by Jean-Michel Frank, with bolted hinges and gilded bronze hinges. Art Deco-inspired work from the mid-20th century. Provenance: According to family tradition, these panels were collected during the dismantling of the interior decoration of an apartment in Paris in the 1970s.
