Louis XVI-style bronze floor clock Louis XVI-style floor clock with volute decoration. The movement is housed within a fluted column, topped by a cassolette. Mechanical movement known as a “Paris movement,” striking the hours and half-hours. Condition report: The clock is in its original condition but is heavily soiled. The back glass is cracked. Needs restoration, repair, and cleaning. Height: 34 cm. Length: 27 cm. Depth: 18 cm.
