The frame features rich ornamentation of shells and plant motifs, surmounted by an imposing bouquet of openwork acanthus leaves. The slightly curved side panels are accented by a frieze of scrolls and carved foliage. The lower section is adorned with leaf-shaped clasps. The glass pane is arched at the top.
