Facsimile reprint of the adventures originally published in *L'Épatant* between 1908 and 1912. Large quarto, publisher’s illustrated cardboard binding, in an illustrated cardboard slipcase. A 280-page full-color collection dedicated to the early adventures of Croquignol, Ribouldingue, and Filochard, the famous characters created by Louis Forton in 1908. A testament to the early days of popular French comics. The front cover features portraits of the three heroes on a yellow background, framed in red, mirroring the layout of the newspaper *L'Épatant*.
