Convict's Work: A coconut richly carved with three large trophies in round medallions. - The first features military musical motifs: a music stand, trumpet, mandolin, and a Chinese percussion hat. - The second features motifs of a crested helmet, sword, broadsword, axe, and flagpole - The third features a bundle of farming tools: gourd, cane, hoe, scythe, and rake, alternating with ovals decorated with small flowers. Neck shaped like a monster’s head; base carved with a rosette of stylized volutes. Beautiful patina. A small metal tenon is missing. First quarter of the 19th century Height: 11 cm
