Nineteenth-century (c. 1840-1860) manuscript account book, without cover, [28] ff., in an early eighteenth-century reused tan morocco binding, ornate ribbed spine, title page ("Menu nécessit.") in red mar. red, double gilt fillet with fleur-de-lys spandrels on boards, gilt laurel medallion on boards with gilt title on first board "Menues necessite 1706" and superlibris in gilt letters at bottom of first board ("Hermie Procureur"), gilt fleur-de-lys in medallion on second board. Heads torn off, corners dulled, rubbed and worn. H: 37 x W: 2 x D: 25 cm
