Screw-down steel case back, seahorse, Omega logo, and “Speedmaster” inscription; inside, signed Omega reference ST145.022-74, manufactured by Huguenin Frères. Soft iron dust cover; Omega Caliber 861 manual-winding mechanical chronograph movement, numbered 32847944. Strap in black leather, with a steel pin buckle. Watch and chronograph were functional at the time of appraisal; no guarantee is provided regarding future operation or the condition of the parts.
