"Piaget" Vintage Women's Wristwatch - 18K Yellow Gold 0.750, Hand-Wound Piaget rectangular men’s wristwatch, Switzerland, likely from the 1940s or 1950s. Case made of 18K yellow gold, hallmarked on the sides and inside the caseback, with strikingly curved lugs. Champagne-colored dial with applied gold-colored hour markers and Roman numerals at 3, 9, and 12 o’clock, as well as a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock. Signed “Piaget” and “Fab. Suisse.” Mechanical hand-winding movement, domed crystal. Red leather strap with pin buckle, also GG 0.750 Case dimensions: 20 x 23 cm; the case back alone weighs 4.6 grams
