Ring with synthetic sapphire and diamond accents, 18K gold and platinum Elegant ladies’ ring in a two-tone design, set centrally with a large, rectangular-faceted synthetic sapphire in an intense blue. The front is set with platinum and diamonds in various old-cut and rose-cut styles. One diamond was glued in at a later date; additionally, adhesive residue and traces of previous gluing are visible in the setting area. Shows signs of age and wear; see photos for condition.
