[Glass Plates] A set of 8 large early 20th-century glass plates depicting the town of Laigle (schools with group photos, the market square, and the church in Rugles). Excellent condition. Dimensions: 24 x 30 cm. Included is a late 19th-century in-12 album consisting of views of cities and tourist sites (visiting-card size; photographs and photographic reproductions of works of art). Among others, it includes Basel, Lucerne, Schaffhausen, the Rigi Railway, Munich, Salzburg, the port of Trieste, Saint-Malo, a view of Mont Saint-Michel, etc. Good condition.
