Signed and dated lower right on the mat: Anneliese Wolfhagen 1937. Titled to the left of the signature. The sheet is loose. - Provenance: From the artist’s family estate. Anneliese Wolfhagen-Lucke studied at the Westendschule in Berlin and at the Staatliche Kunstschule Berlin (studio of R. Grossmann). She married Ernst Wolfhagen in 1935. She participated in exhibitions organized by the Kunstverein Hannover and the GEDOK (of which she was a member).
