Monogrammed and dated lower right: W (with face) / 1985. Dry stamp lower left: W (artist’s monogram). Mat. Framed under glass. Crease mark at the lower right. The fascination that technology held for Wandrey is clearly reflected in his works. He is the founder of “digitalism-art,” a movement he launched in 1978 that draws on the visual language of digital technology.
