Opal Pendant with Brilliant-Cut Diamonds Modern. 750/- yellow gold, hallmarked. Total weight: 12.4 g. Set with 1 solid opal in an oval cabochon cut (18 × 11 mm) and 5 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approx. 0.25 ct (w-tcr/vsi-si). Dimensions: 3 × 3.5 cm. Pendant loop. Very good condition. A striking pendant featuring a large solid opal with vibrant, multicolored opalescence in shades of red, green, and blue. The oval-set gemstone is framed by two concentric, openwork gold ovals. Five brilliant-cut diamonds in bezel settings accentuate the lower half of the pendant. The clean, geometric design and the warm yellow gold highlight the opal’s intense play of color.
