Extravagantly designed sapphire and diamond ring 1940s/1950s. 750/- rose gold, hallmarked. Total weight: 9.7 g. Set with 1 round-cut sapphire of approx. 0.2 ct at the center, flanked by 12 diamond roses. Ring size 52. Very good condition. Wide, sculpted band with curved, multi-profiled, and overlapping gold bands. The raised, geometrically framed sapphire is accompanied by ornately arranged diamond roses. Characteristic, sculptural design in the style of retro jewelry from the 1940s and 1950s.
