LOUIS VUITTON Travel Case / Trunk - "Bisten 65" Model Louis Vuitton, Paris, France. Model: Bisten 65 Monogram Canvas. Second half of the 20th century. Brown, coated Monogram Canvas with cognac-colored calfskin trim and all-around leather strips embossed with the LV monogram. Gold-colored brass hardware with reinforced corners, a central lock, and two side snap closures. Curved leather carrying handle. Light-colored interior lining with two adjustable cotton straps. Lock stamped with “LOUIS VUITTON” and “MADE IN FRANCE.” Lock No. 151482, with an “R” in a circle below. W: 65 cm. H: 44 cm. D: 17 cm. In good condition for its age, with signs of wear and aging, particularly on the leather trim, the carrying handle, and the brass hardware. The current retail price is approximately 9,200 euros.
