CORO - Vintage Pearl Necklace and Ear Clips (2 pieces) Coro Jewelry, Cohn & Rosenberger, Inc., New York, USA. Circa 1920–1948. Metal, gold-colored. Glass beads, faux pearls. Bronze-colored pearls. Rhinestones. Weight: 77 g. Necklace length: 45 cm. Width: approx. 2.7 cm. Ear clips: 3 x 2.5 cm. Necklace marked: USA PAT 4074400, PAT 2007. Probably Coro. Earrings marked: Coro. Signs of wear, good condition. Coro Jewelry, Cohn & Rosenberger, was founded in New York in 1901–1902 by Emanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger and incorporated in 1913. Cohn died in 1910, but the name remained Cohn & Rosenberger. The company name “Coro” was adopted in 1943. Rosenberger died in 1957.
