Ashtray - Three Galloping Horses Hermès, Paris. Porcelain, white, glazed. Dark brown background. Decorated in polychrome and gold. Light brown rim. Gold rim. Gilded recesses. Inscribed in gold on the rim: HERMÈS-PARIS Made in France. Base covered with brown suede goatskin and faintly inscribed in gold: HHH. H. 3.8 cm, 16.3 x 19.8 cm. -Condition: Gilding on the recesses is minimally worn; a scratch (approx. 2 cm) with color loss in the dark brown background.
