1115 - An Extremely Rare ‘Battle of Britain’ clasp to the 1939-1945 Star, awarded to an unknown hero of ‘The Few’. A total of only 2937 of these clasps were awarded to the operational aircrew of Fighter Command, whose strategic defeat of the German Luftwaffe in the late Summer of 1940 arguably led to the final defeat of Nazi Germany in 1945. This is a genuine and original example of the clasp, which is now virtually unobtainable on the market. Extremely Fine (EF) condition.
