Each etching is monogrammed “TR” and “K.O.S.” and bears a serial number. Edition of 30 numbered copies. Published by Crown Point Press, San Francisco; printed by Brian Shure. Together with KOS, an artists’ collective consisting of his students, the art educator and philosopher Rollins formed the artist group “Tim Rollins and KOS” (Kids of Survival), comprising Richard Cruz, George Garces, Carlos Rivera, and Nelson Savinon. Here they reinterpret pages from Gustave Flaubert’s 1874 novella.
