Kalaga tapestry on a black velvet background, featuring appliqué figures padded with fabric and richly embroidered with beads, sequins, glass cabochons, mother-of-pearl, and metallic threads. Depiction of a procession with ceremonial floats, a dignitary, and a guard of honor, with celestial figures floating among the clouds. Wide border decorated with medallions featuring animal motifs. Slight damage and some missing cabochons. 216 x 126 cm.
