GALLÉ FACTORIES (1904–1936) “Blooming Rosehip Branches” Table lamp commonly known as a “mushroom lamp”; the baluster base and the shell-shaped shade—both of which are mismatched—are not original. Multilayered glass piece; the title decoration is brown on a shaded yellow background. Complete with a three-armed bronze mounting designed to hold the shade. The base and the shade, each signed (slightly differently) GALLÉ, in reserve, engraved in acid-etched cameo. Total height: 45 cm Height of base alone: 29 cm Height of lampshade alone: 12 cm The two parts (base and lampshade) are a non-original pair—there are slight color variations between them; the lampshade has a dent.
