This work, or another from edition was sold at Wright Auction, Chicago, 14th September 2010, lot 206. Pendleton's work has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney and the New Museum, New York, and other shows internationally, including La Triennale at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. An important floor-to-ceiling installation of his work, 'Adam Pendleton: Who Is Queen?', was displayed at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, from 2021-22.
