Baird 1966', 34.6 x 39.5 cm (ARR) Provenance: with Rona Gallery, London (by repute); Private Collection Note: Known for her naïve style of everyday scenes, much like Helen Bradley and Beryl Cook, the artist did not start painting until near the end of her life, having her first exhibition in 1966 aged 75. Her work was exhibited at Crane Kalman Gallery and the Portal Gallery and numerous works are held by the Glasgow Museums Resource Centre.
