Moïse Kisling (1891–1953) – after Blonde Nude Among the Foliage, 1954 Color lithograph on Arches vellum. Signed on the plate in the lower left corner, unnumbered, as published. Dimensions: + Sheet: 38 × 28 cm (15 × 11 in.) + Image (visible area): 26 × 21.5 cm (10.2 × 8.5 in.) Condition: Very good condition. Fresh colors, a few tiny spots in the left margin, paper edges intact. Unframed. Insert plate from Jean Giono’s *Provence*, with a preface by André Salmon, Paris, published at the expense of a collector (Bernard Klein), 1954. Printed in an edition of 280 copies; one of 175 on Arches vellum (sheet from copy no. 172). The book was published the year following Kisling’s death.
