Vasarely, Victor Riu-kiu Silkscreen print on a Plexiglas box. Circa 1967. 30 x 30 x 5 cm. Signed "Vasarely" on an adhesive label on the underside. Published by Editions du Griffon, Neuchâtel, with their adhesive label on the underside, marked there as “Œuvre profonde”; likely published in 1967 in an unknown edition. Depending on the viewer’s perspective, the interlaced line and grid structures create the illusion of movement through the superimposition of multiple planes. A magnificent example. - Please ask for condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog. - Please ask for condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog.
