Published by Tériade, Paris, 1959; printed by Mourlot, Paris; signed by Fernand Mourlot in collaboration with Nadia Léger. Fernand Léger’s color lithographs depict life, the dynamism of the city, and the people of Paris in his characteristic Cubist-mechanical style. He began working on the project in 1954 and died before it could be completed.
