An elegant, organically curved silver pitcher with a twisted, vase-like body and a wide, flared spout. The sculpturally rendered handle, twisted like a cord, lends the modernist design a dynamic, tactile quality and creates a striking contrast to the smooth, shimmering surface of the body. An outstanding example of mid-20th-century German silver design that combines traditional goldsmithing with a clear, sculptural design language.
