Small 12mo, 44 leaves, light calfskin, triple gilt rule and gilt title on the covers, and the coat of arms of the Duke of Beauffremont (early 20th-century binding). A booklet of the utmost rarity bearing the COAT OF ARMS OF THE BAUFFREMONT FAMILY, with the war motto “Dieu Ayde au premier chrestien” (God Help the First Christian). (O.H.R., pl. 2449, die no. 1). One hinge is slightly cracked. (USTC, 11421, 2 copies).
