Otelina is a fine jewelry brand founded in 2005 by Chantal Maquaire, who was named a Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2018. It is distinct from her other manufacturing venture, Oteline, whose workshop specializes exclusively in the design and production of jewelry for luxury houses.
