232 - A matching set in platinum and 18K white gold (750e) consisting of a bayadère necklace and a pair of earrings, the entire set featuring cascading seed pearl tassels. The necklace consists of a double row of pearls measuring approximately 2.5 mm, featuring a laurel wreath motif encircled by a ribbon, adorned with rose-cut diamonds, and centered with an old-cut yellow diamond of approximately 0.20 ct, featuring an 18K gold (750e) loop serving as a clasp. The earrings are topped with a chain of 8/8-cut diamonds. Dated to the early 20th century; the earrings are French. (Traces of glue; a few strands are missing; pearls not tested)
