POITEVIN 18K gold (750) pocket watch with calendar and minute repeater, white enamel dial, black railway-style minute track, Roman numeral hour markers in black decals, date display at 12 o’clock via a hand, two central windows for the day and month, small seconds and moon phase display at 6 o’clock, gold pear-shaped hands. Hinged front cover in 18K gold (750 parts per thousand), numbered 32; hinged case back in 18K gold (750 parts per thousand), numbered 41589 and 33532 on the inside; 18K gold (750 thousandths) dust cover numbered 33532. Mechanical movement with manual winding via a pendant, quarter-repeater mechanism, and lever escapement. The watch was partially functional at the time of appraisal; the quarter-hour repeater is partially functional, with no guarantee of future operation or the condition of the parts.
