Satiné chest of drawers with a recessed front featuring five drawers in three rows; the top is made of gray Sainte-Anne marble resting on rounded legs that end in curved feet; decorated with gilded bronze ornaments (some of which were added at a later date). Marked RVLC and JME for Roger Vandercruse Lacroix, a cabinetmaker who received his master’s certificate in 1755. Louis XVI period.
