CARTIER Shaped wristwatch in gray and 18K gold (750 parts per thousand), opaline dial, black railway-track minute track, Roman numeral hour markers in black decals, blued hollow-pomme hands. Bezel set with onyx inserts and four cut diamonds. Screw-down case back in white gold and 18K gold (750 thousandths) numbered 6638 and 14619; interior numbered 6638. Quartz movement, ETA-based. Fabric strap, 18K gold (750 thousandths) folding clasp marked “Bt SGDG,” numbered 362; the clasp is in white gold and 18K gold (750 thousandths) adorned with a black onyx insert and rose-cut diamonds. The watch was non-functional at the time of appraisal; there is no guarantee of future functionality or the condition of the parts. Scratches on the case and clasp, damage to one of the bezel inserts (cracked), marks on the dial, original movement replaced by a quartz caliber but still included with the lot, signed Cartier Paris and numbered 14619 (therefore original to the watch), damage to one of the dial mounts; bracelet in poor condition.
