Marked “Komet”; “Tre Lune.” From the 1762 “Compendio delle Vite de’ Pittori Veneziani istorici,” which brings together a total of 24 portraits of Venetian artists; here without the separately printed frames. Magnificent prints with narrow margins around the clearly visible plate edges. Slightly dusty and with occasional spots; the portrait of Ricci has a vertical crease on the right; other minimal creases and signs of wear; otherwise in uniformly very fine condition.
