Callot, Jacques La Petite Passion. 12 etchings. Each approx. 5.8 x 5.8 – 6.9 x 5.4 cm. Meaume 19–30, Lieure 537–548, probably II (of II). The complete series in excellent prints, trimmed flush with the image, some with slight loss. Slightly dusty; the outermost corner tip at the bottom left of Lieure 548 is missing; small glue stain on the reverse; other signs of wear; otherwise in good condition. Included with this are 13 additional etchings by the same artist: Lieure 375, 561 (“La Foire de Gondreville”), 579, 665 (“Le Passage de la Mer Rouge”), and 6 sheets from “Les Fantaisies” (Lieure from 1372–1384, preceding the numbers), for a total of 25 sheets. - Please request condition reports for the lots, as the condition is usually not specified in the catalog. - Please ask for condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog.
