A fine cross-section of the oeuvre of the versatile painter and engraver Francesco Bartolozzi, providing an insight into various phases of the artist's career. Most of the prints are from his stay in England. Excellent to magnificent prints with varying margins. All mounted at the corners, the paper slightly creased in places, occasional foxing and spotting, further traces of use, otherwise in very good and original condition. Accompanied by two etched portraits of Francesco Bartolozzi by P. W. Tomkins and L. Bouilliard respectively.
