In-4°, green morocco, a pattern of dotted lines and gilded or blind-stamped borders adorning the covers and spine, edges gilt on a strip of paper, linings and endpapers in yellow moiré silk, covers and spine preserved, half-green morocco slipcase with flaps, case (Gruel). Engravings by Jean Émile LABOUREUR. Printed in an edition of 301 copies; this one (no. 260), on vellum, is signed by the artist. Spine of the slipcase slightly darkened. A BEAUTIFUL COPY in a MAROQUIN BINDING DECORATED by GRUEL.
