Narrow 8vo, dark green half-maroquin with corner pieces, gilt fillet edging the covers, gilt and mosaic-patterned ribbed spine, gilt head, original color-illustrated cover preserved (Lavoué). Edition published the same year as the original and the first to be illustrated. Illustrations by Antoine CALBET. Copy enhanced with TWO ADDITIONAL SEQUENCES on laid paper (one of which is in red) featuring several illustrations.
