Large Bradel 8vo, ivory half-vellum with corner pieces, blue fillet edging the covers, spine adorned with calligraphic title, gilt head, untrimmed, original cover preserved (bound by F. Saulnier). Second edition (November 10) published the same year as the original (March 21). ONE OF THE 59 HEAD COPIES, this one (no. 47), one of the forty on Holland paper. A copy with full margins. A copy enriched with ONE OF THE 150 SETS OF SIX ETCHINGS by Albert LAURENS, this one (no. 104), one of the 100 on Dutch paper, with a decorated cover and a colophon on the front cover featuring a facsimile of a letter from Pierre Louÿs to Albert Laurens. The etchings are bound into the volume.
