Small quarto (160 x 219 mm), black morocco, covers decorated with a scattering of silver flames, skulls at the corners, title in the center of the front cover, plain, unmarked spine, gilt edges, mosaic morocco lining adorned with a frame of the same design, coats of arms at the corners and a coat of arms in the center, cardboard slipcase and case (Girard binding, Angers). 23 pp. A woodcut depicting the Chabot coat of arms on the reverse of the title page.
