Volumes II and III only of this Lyon Bible printed by Sébastien Gryphe in five volumes (Baudrier, vol. VIII, p. 159). Bound copies in a lovely Parisian binding adorned with an elegant Renaissance design in the style of bindings made for Thomas Wotton. From the Ernest Stroehlin library (ex-libris). Folio O1 (pp. 209–210) is missing from the second volume. Hinges and caps restored; front covers slightly sun-faded.
