In the center, two old-cut diamonds are individually set in bezels, with a total weight of approx. 0.70 ct. Between them is a round-cut sapphire. Back features a brooch clasp in yellow gold (soldered joint). Ball clasp. Approx. 1920s. H. 2 cm. W. 4.3 cm. 6.7 g.
