Édouard Léon CHAPELLE (Édouard Eugène Victor CHAPELLE dit, 1887 - 1968) "Wrought iron - Art crystals" Commercial poster of various registered models of luminous crystal subjects. 49 x 64 cm History: Edouard Léon Chapelle was a wrought-iron artist from Nancy whose work is distinguished by the production of animal sculptures in blown glass, created between 1925 and 1935. He notably collaborated with Lorraine glassmakers such as the Muller brothers and André Delatte. Provenance: former Édouard Léon Chapelle collection; now in the family.
