56 - BRON, Achille (1867–1949). “Old Street in Corrèze, Presumed View of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne.” Oil on canvas, signed lower right, 54 x 65 cm. Framed. A student of Paul MADELINE, he exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants in 1927. This work depicts a lake near Taillebourg, the village where he owned a property. He died in that same village in 1949.
