Max Bill "Sun Lamp" Table Lamp Switzerland, designed in 1951 by Max Bill. Manufactured by Novelectric AG, Zurich. Metal, painted light gray. Cone-shaped base and correspondingly shaped shade, connected by a flexible chrome-plated metal gooseneck. Shade with ventilation holes. Marked “N W 5988” on the underside. Signs of age and wear. Height adjustable up to approx. 60 cm Max Bill designed the lamp in 1951 for Zurich-based Novelectric AG.
