Fritz Hansen Side Table Denmark, probably around 1960. Designed in 1958 by Hans Engholm and Svend Åge Willumsen. Manufactured by Fritz Hansen. Probably model "4508". Round, removable tray made of veneered molded wood with a raised edge. Foldable three-legged base. Labels on the underside reading “FH Made in Denmark 0563 by Fritz Hansen” and “Danish Furniture Control.” Dark stain on the side of the tabletop. Signs of age and wear. Height 43 cm, diameter 60 cm Hans Engholm and Svend Åge Willumsen designed this folding tray table in 1958 for Fritz Hansen. It is a well-known classic of Danish mid-century design.
